If you can answer yes to any of the above, then the Manitoba Baptist Association’s annual Women’s Retreat is designed with you in mind.

What makes this weekend so special is the combination of rest & relaxation, fellowship, worship and spiritual inspiration. This year’s speaker is Merrie Eizenga. Merrie is a gifted speaker, author, and teacher from Waterloo, ON. She is also a pastor’s wife and mother of 2 adult children.

Held at the Elkhorn Resort, located in the fabulous in Riding Mountain National Park, this is a weekend like no other. Equipped with its world class Solstice Spa, wonderful accommodations, and great food, Elkhorn Resort is the perfect place for a mid-winter getaway.

Registration

Early Registration (before March 27): $105.00 per person (includes meals)
Late Registration (after March 27): $135.00 per person (includes meals)

Workshops:

Workshops are optional, HOWEVER, all workshops require pre-registration. There will be NOsigning up at Elkhorn. You can register for the workshop(s) of your choice online or through the mail in brochure.

• Aqua Size with Daphne Keck – Saturday 7:30–8:30 am. Limit 20 women.
• In Step with Women’s Health – Brittany Schroeder, pharmacist at Swan Valley Health Centre. Saturday 1:00–2:00 pm.
• In Step with Parenting – an introduction and preview of “Boundaries with Kids” by Dr. Henry Cloud & Dr. John Townsend. Saturday 2:15–3:15 pm. Limit 10 women.
• In Step with Accessories – Kathy Klassen (Calgary) will help you in making a large flower brooch out of seed beads. See example. Saturday 3:30–5:30 pm. Cost $20. Limit 15 women.

Accommodations

Your registration DOES NOT include accommodations.

Room Rate: $110.00 + GST & PST per night. Room and cost can be shared with up to 4 people. Chalets are available for up to 8 people. Call for rates.

When booking be sure to ask for MBAWM12 rooms and rates.

A credit card number will be required at time of booking as well as the names of your roommates. Rooms will be released to the public after March 27.

Solstice Spa

All retreat participants will receive 15% off the Mineral Pool passes to the spa. Pre-booking is not required for use of the Mineral Pool, but is for any treatments such as massage, manicure, etc. These should be booked well in advance of the treatment.
